You will surely fall if you walk up the stairs backwards.

Do not pay attention to the people whining downstairs as they're stuck by their own will or
will-lessness. It's okay to look down every once in a while, but not all the time.

LOOK UP, my friend.

Wishing You Success,
Doc Hayden

11:49PM

The night glow was mesmerizing..

the temperature warm..

but the brain freezes, pauses, silent as two hearts speak...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Vicki: "I love our relationship, it's so special..."

Me: "... to die for..."

Vicki: "No baby... to live for...."

silence...

a smile....

then a teardrop from my own eye i almost did not recognize.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you, Lord, for my Vicki...

Blog EntryDoc Hayden's Birthday PrayerMay 18, '08 8:25 AM
for everyone
Oh Lord,

On my birthday, grant me the ability

To see the sun without being blinded by its golden glare

To touch, hear, feel, taste the ineffable meaning of all that's physical.

And to hold it dear to me and then share it

With my neighbor and my friends

Amen

Blog EntryLovE in Doc Hayden's HeadMay 10, '08 10:29 AM
for everyone
It's been quite a while since I last wrote about life and its very essence - LOVE.

A few weeks ago I had a wonderful opportunity to talk to somebody who is experiencing a second life. And by that I don't mean she failed in her intentions before and now is trying something new. No. She actually DIED, experienced LIFE OUTSIDE LIFE, and went back to life in a cloud, this time, of LOVE.

I asked her what's there outside life. Her answer to me is LOVE. ???? Flabbergasted. I paused, confused. Same reaction as yours right now. LOVE??? L-O-V-E??? It doesn't make any sense.

She explained and explained but my rational mind still couldn't understand.

How can I? Love is beyond reason. It's just there. Dead or alive you are, love is there. GOD is LOVE. What am i doing fooling myself that i will unravel its mystery. Our mind does not have the capacity to understand such substance of beauty, my friend. Humble yourself and admit defeat to LOVE. It won't hurt.

And tomorrow, when you pray, pray not to understand it, but to learn how to open your heart and experience love's beauty, vibrance, and meaning.

Live in Love.
Experience love everyday.
Forget hate.
Fear nothing but the absence of love.
God is love. BE LOVE.

BE LOVE.

Sincerely Yours,
Doc Hayden

Blog EntryDOC HAYDEN: Anti-aging medicineApr 11, '08 7:23 AM
for everyone
Here's an update.

I'm still here in Paris. I finally took my diplomate exam in Anti-aging Medicine yesterday - both theoretical and practical exams. I found it very difficult, and it doesn't help that the scoring follows a right-minus-wrong system. Passing score is 70%.

Anti-aging medicine is a new discipline in medicine that aims to slow down or even reverse the aging process by improving the hormone balance of individuals. Hormones are more powerful than drugs and because we use bio-identical hormones (which means it's from humans, not horses etc), it is safer and more tolerable. In essence, improved hormonal control brings us to the very core of human health. Anti-aging medicine also covers the use of stem cells in regenerating damaged tissues/organs. It also involves intensive evaluation of the genetic make-ups of individuals to identify who's at risk for what diseases.

In 6 weeks, I will know the result.

And if I pass... (and hopefully i do)

Doc Hayden will be the FIRST diplomate in the Philippines.

Please pray for me. (",)

Blog EntryDoc Hayden's Mantra. Simple. Profound. For you.Mar 19, '08 12:53 PM
for everyone
HI guys.

Had been writing about trivial stuff lately. I'm in Berlin now, alone, studying. It's 6pm in the evening. I remembered you. (By "you", i mean all of you, collectively.) Let's just say I love you so I want to make sure you're ok, in balance, and in full fighting condition for this sometimes-tough-but-nevertheless-beautiful world.

I've got a new mantra I read to myself everyday. I want to share it with you and actually suggest that you write this on your bathroom mirror so you can recite it to yourself every morning.

It's simple... it goes like this...

Show you're smart. Be humble.
Look good. Be humble
Be rich. Be humble.
Be the first. Be humble.
Be the best. Be humble.
Be the one and only. Be humble.
Be amazing. Be humble.
Help people. Be humble.
Inspire people. Be humble.
Don't speak. Just be humble.
Stay silent about your deeds.
No words.
No words.
No words.
Just do it.

As simple as that.

Yours Truly,
Doc Hayden

Blog EntryDoc H's new finding: Morgellon's diseaseMar 15, '08 9:13 AM
for everyone
Was doing my usual browsing about new stuff cropping out from the hi-tech years and this is what I found out: a strange new disease called "Morgellon's Disease". People with the condition say they have multi-colored fibers and other inorganic material growing out of their skin. Could this be a terrorist "NANOterrorism" (nanotechnology-derived) or could this be alien warfare????

Shall we rather call it NANOMORG DISEASE???

THis is freakin' weird...

Blog EntryMs World Janina should've won MIss Universe...Mar 13, '08 1:51 PM

Whew...

Yes, that was quite funny...

Well well...

She's only 17. Maybe not as eloquent as your Starbucks saleslady or your call center buddy, but she's certainly admirable for her courage. Her grammar was off, there was a bit of misplaced "F's" ("taf 10"), lazy tongue on the "A's" ("i said dot.."), but the accent was there; so I reckon she's been studying English but probably did not have enough time to learn the language. I also think she really did not expect to enter the top10. She must have known her weakness and thought she's undeserving to win any crown. Her tears show it all when she won.

I believe in the importance of the pureness of the heart, of faith in God's unpredictable plans, the pursuit of full human potential, the facing of our fears, and the triumph over mediocracy.

It was funny and entertaining. We can laugh, but maybe not at her.

I'd like to know her background. I'm really interested in her life story.

WHAT IF she joined the contest (despite the risk of humiliation) because her mother had CANCER and she needed the money? This might have been the Chicken Soup for the Soul story of the century. We might be feeling awful and oh-so-downright-evil right now. She would've won the Ms Universe crown and had us all crying at her inspiring victory.

Two sides in a coin. Two sides in every story. Two sides to choose from - good or the non-good.

My God bless us all.

Blog EntryThe Inadequacy of Words. by Doc HaydenFeb 26, '08 2:07 PM
for everyone
The poetry of my life is not beautiful.

I don't have the words that would make it beyond what you may call "meaningful".

But nevertheless my life IS beautiful and meaningful.

Could it be that we're being foolish by boxing ideas like life, love, hope. success, and beauty into words???

Could it be that words are just simply inadequate.

And that we should simply stop describing them using words?

Maybe describing them by action is better.

To fall in love blindly instead of arguing that love is blind.

To live life as an everyday miracle, instead of simply saying life is a miracle.

Ahhh.... life. Life. Life.

...

...

If you feel that someone is trying to drag you down right now, let them.

If you feel that they're using you to lever themselves up, allow them. Don't hate them. Don't curse them.

Realize that by doing this, you're helping them move. Hope that they move up, not down. Send back only good thoughts and wishes. You're being generous; and your generosity becomes a karma. Let this good karma draw a memory of goodness and Godliness into the the script of your life you alone are writing.

The Lord is with you. The Universe supports you.
You can never be pulled down
In the future, there'll be no bad past to look back at.
Only good memories of the future, brought about by your karma.

This is a simple cycle you should understand...

The circumstances around you and your actions become your karma.
Karma becomes memories.
Memories foster desires.
Desires prompt actions.
And every action, every thought of yours, turns again into your karma.

Ponder upon this.

Live upright and you'll be invincible. The time and energy your enemies devote to you are yours for the taking!!! Harness it and return it to them as a candle. Light up their paths.

BE THEIR INSPIRATION

Sincerely Yours,
Doc Hayden

Please read while playing the theme song of "Il Postino" (available in my playlist)

This dream where you took me
An imagination painted by your lovely hands
That touched me while I was sleeping

It kept me crying
It kept me hoping
‘Coz now that you’re gone I still think of you

Where are you now?
What happened to the promise of eternal love?
Where’s the love that will give me life?
The colors and music now gone.

You have left without looking me in the eye;
One last time would mean a lifetime.
One glimpse. One reflection.
There was none.

I heard your “I love you”;
It was carried by the wind
Straight to my ears that await your soothing voice,
And to my heart you mercilessly left aching and bleeding

My heart will continue to bleed for you
But it will never die.
Because the dream where you took me,
That imagination painted by your lovely hands,
Keeps it alive.

Gray and dry it will never die.
Hope waits only for love
And love begets only hope.

Blog EntryDoc H says, "Keep singing, everyone!!!"Jan 14, '08 9:11 AM
for everyone
Guys, just reminding you to keep doing whatever it is you're happy doing.

DO NOT EVER LET ANYONE DISCOURAGE YOU.

You may not be good at that thing you love doing NOW, but soon you'll be one of the bests.

... and the people who put you down while you were on your way up...
try to understand them.

They know so much of what it's like "down there" because that's where they choose to be and want everyone else to be.

They don't want to evolve like you do. You're better.

Keep on moving up, guys!!!

Let's evolve together.

Sincerely Yours,
Doc Hayden

Blog EntryHayden's Advice: the secret to greatnessJan 10, '08 12:04 AM

Our life is a big show and whether you like it or not, you are the writer, the director, the producer, and the STAR.

Stop letting others take over. Stop trying to please everybody. Dance. Sing. Play. Shout. Do whatever you want. Do not be constrained by the rules made by others.

This is YOUR life. Write it well.

If you can't be the star in your own show, where else can you shine?

Do not waste your time.
We only live once.

Sincerely Yours,
Doc Hayden

Blog EntryA message from Doc HaydenJan 1, '08 6:49 AM
for everyone
Today is the start of the year and, of course, the best time to map out my plans for the whole 2008.

"2008 is the year of inspiration....

...

and I am the source"

This is the first entry in my journal. An arrogant set of words that hopefully provides me the impetus to keep going and prove myself, once again, TO MYSELF.

I find that my most powerful adversary is myself. And by mastering both sides of me (the hero and the villain), I believe I will rise above the rest as a source of inspiration. I don't exactly know how. I just feel it; I just know it's the way. I do not wish to box this knowingness into words. It's better left as is.

Knowingness and peace...

meaningful words...

May the universe provide us with all the opportunities and circumstances to drive us to greatness.

And may God provide us the life.

Happy new year everyone.

Live in inspiration.

One with You,
Dr Hayden Kho, jr

We must train ourselves to "see' that abundance is everywhere. We must fill our mind with the spiritual idea that plentitude is the nature of the universe. and let go of thoughts of lack and limitation that have the tendency to out picture the experience of having not what we need. Furthermore, we must come to recognize that a real need is always the beginning of our hidden potential in actual expression.
